- In a non-stick pan, over medium-high heat, pour out about 3/4 cup of water. Then add the Chorizos.
- Allow the Chorizos to simmer, rotating it regularly so that each piece browns evenly.
- Let the water evaporate to release the flavorful juices of the Chorizos.
- Add about a teaspoon of oil and fry the Chorizos until they are brown or charred reddish brown.
- Serve Immediately and Enjoy!
TIP: Try taking some cooked rice, and toss into the pan with the flavorful juices and oil from the Chorizos and stir fry it. The flavors from the Chorizos is amazing!
