Filipino Tocino Recipe: Bagoong Rice topped with Jocyl’s Chicken Tocino

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cooked rice
• 2 tablespoons bagoong (shrimp paste)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small tomato, chopped
• 1/4 cup sliced green onions
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/4 cup chopped Jocyl’s Chicken Tocino

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
2. Add tomato and cook until it starts to break down, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in bagoong and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir until the rice is evenly coated with the bagoong mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add sliced green onions and chopped cilantro to the pan and stir to combine.
6. Transfer the bagoong rice to a serving dish.
7. Top with chopped Jocyl’s Chicken Tocino.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
